Using STOSH workshop's Yorkshire oak for the handles, a full tang blade and brass rivets, these professional standard knives are made in collaboration with renowned knife maker Samuel Staniforth.
Based in Sheffield, Samuel Staniforth is a traditional, family-owned company that has over 150 years of experience in the design and manufacture of forged cutlery.
